Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

This is a GREAT post workout smoothie or a meal replacement…lots of protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium carrot (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
  • 1 scoop PlantFusion vanilla bean protein powder (or a protein powder of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • Cinammon to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender.  Enjoy!
