This is a GREAT post workout smoothie or a meal replacement…lots of protein!
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium carrot (peeled)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
- 1 scoop PlantFusion vanilla bean protein powder (or a protein powder of your choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp silken tofu
- 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
- Cinammon to taste
Combine all ingredients in blender. Enjoy!
