Skinny Summer Berry Crisp by Alexis @ Hummusapien –This was the easiest dessert to put together and it turned out delicious! I used a combination of frozen mixed berries and followed the recipe exactly.
Microwave Sweet Potato Muffin by Lindsay @ The Lean Green Bean – I was having a sweet craving after dinner last night, so I figured I give this muffin a try. Well…I was certainly NOT disappointed! It was super delicious and took only a few minutes to make, and you’d seriously never know it’s made with sweet potato. Love it!
Roasted Red Pepper Dip by Alysia @ Slim Sanity– I made this dip over the weekend. Sorry I don’t have a pic, but let me tell you…it’s SO amazing. It’s really flavorful, doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and is very, very easy to put together. It’s delicious with veggies, crackers or whole grain Tostitoes. It even got Justin’s approval! This dip will become a new staple in our house.

Also, on a unrelated matter…I’m in the market for a new pair of running shoes. Mine got ruined in the Color Run a few weeks ago. There are so many different pairs out there, that I’m seriously getting overwhelmed and having trouble making a decision. Does anyone have an suggestions on what I should get?
