We’re on our way back from Lake George today. I’ll be back on Monday with a full recap, but in the meantime I wanted to continue on with a quick PFF. Today’s focus is on spinach.
Spinach is by far my favorite leafy green vegetable. It’s a weekly staple in our household. I love adding it to my Chocolate Cherry Mocha Smoothie or my Green Protein Smoothie. I also like adding it to pasta dishes, sautéing it with olive oil and garlic or just eating it as a plan old salad. It’s so delicious and super healthy. Take a look at some of the health benefits:
