I’m baaaack!!!! It was nice to have a break from the blog but boy, have I missed you all! I want to thank Alysia, Arman, Becky, Jessie and Crista for helping me out with their guest posts while I was away – you’re all fabulous!!! I hope you enjoyed their posts as much as I did!
Oh, oh aaaand…I’m on vacation (more like a staycation) all week! Woooohoooo!!! Happy camper over here! :-) We don’t have any real plans for today; although, we might go to a matinee to see the new Thor movie. Yay!
Okay, one more thing before I get to today’s post…promise! Starting today and running for 30 days, Swanson Healthcare Products is hosting a $100 shopping spree giveaway on 30 of your favorite blogs. I’ll be participating in the giveaway (my first ever!!), so look out for it next month! Anywho, it’s been waaaay too long since I linked up with MIMM, so I think it’s about time I join the party. Thanks to Katie for hosting!
In general, we all have busy schedules and can easily take things for granted, so it’s important to take the time to reflect on those meaningful aspects in our lives. Soooo…since Thanksgiving is literally right around the corner (side note…how the heck did it get here so quickly!?!) and since it’s MIMM, I thought today would be the perfect way to acknowledge and give thanks to all those marvelous people/things in my life.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…Justin. Literally, he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I couldn’t be more blessed to have him in my life.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…my friends. We’re all busy, so sometimes I don’t get to see them as often as I’d like but when we do see each other, we always have a blast and I make sure to cherish our time together.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…the sun. I absolutely LOVE the sun, especially during the summertime. It has always been such a comfort for me – I could literally sit outside all day and bask in its warmth and beauty.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…my health. They are many out there who, unfortunately, are plagued with sickness or have other issues and I’m extremely grateful to have the ability to enjoy life with no real medical problems.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…the ability to exercise. Exercise keeps me healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, and is a major part of my life.
I AM THANKFUL FOR…nature. The beauty in this world is truly an amazing thing sometimes, and I’m often in awe of what surrounds me on a daily basis.
What’s Marvelous in Your Monday?
Name three things you’re thankful for.
If you’re celebrating, what side dishes are you looking forward to the most on Thanksgiving?
